- 2002: evaluation of the large portfolio of non-performing loans and subsequent acquisition advisory work for Italian private equity investor, including transaction structure, bidding strategy, financing and future collection strategy in the in history-second tender organizing by Czech Consolidation Agency, with total face value CZK 35,8 billion;
- 2003 to 2005: acquisition of several non-performing loans with total face value over CZK 1,7 billion from their state and/or private owners (for example GE Capital Bank, EC Group, etc.) and their collection management for our clients;
- 2003: evaluation of the large portfolio of non-performing loans and subsequent acquisition advisory for Italian private equity investor, including transaction structure, bidding strategy, financing and future collection strategy in the tender organizing by Komerční banka, with total face value CZK 23,2 billion;
- 2005: evaluation of the large portfolio of non-performing loans and subsequent acquisition advisory for U.S. private equity investor, including transaction structure, bidding strategy, financing and future collection strategy in the tender organizing by bankruptcy trustee of Union Bank, with total value over CZK 4.5 billion;
- 2006: in cooperation with the Czech local private equity investor the successful acquisition of the non-performing trade receivables´ portfolio in total size over CZK 450 million purchased from one of the largest CEE industry group;
- 2010: participation in a consortium with Irish private equity investor in the tender for a joint-venture with Raiffeisenbank Czech Republic for the collection of non-performing retail claims
- 2011 to 2012: advisory and executive representation of several private clients in collection procedures of their non-paid claims against several construction and engineering companies – Metrostav a.s., PSJ a.s., Enfinity CZ, FEREX ZSO, etc, in total volume of dozens million of CZK
